This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving brand growth, market share, and profitability within a fast-paced and collaborative marketing team.As a Brand Specialist, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to deliver strategic initiatives with excellence. You’ll combine creativity with analytical insight to ensure every project contributes to the overall business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of brand strategy and delivery of annual tactical plans to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).Lead and coordinate activation projects across the full marketing mix — from new product introductions to creative campaign development and sales enablement materials.Support the creation, delivery, and evaluation of integrated media plans (digital and traditional).Monitor market performance and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and identify further brand-building opportunities.Assist with A&P budget management, performance reporting, and internal business reviews.Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Key ObjectivesDeliver against sales and growth targets for assigned brands.Execute brand plans and report on performance metrics.Manage marketing projects to a high standard, ensuring timeliness and compliance.Support efficient administration and adherence to company processes and governance.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Analytical thinker with experience using data to inform decisions.Creative, adaptable, and driven by results with a “can-do” mindset.Collaborative team player capable of motivating and influencing stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is advantageous.Technical CompetenciesMarketing: ProficientBusiness Analytics: ProficientSales & Field Force Effectiveness: ProficientWhy JoinThis role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a high-performing team that’s passionate about improving health and wellbeing through science-led nutrition.
