Solution Architect – Network Infrastructure – 6-month Contract
A global organisation is at the beginning of a Workplace Modernisation programme and is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join the team, tasked with supporting the design and delivery of this transformation.
The successful Solutions Architect will demonstrate the following experience and expertise:
1. Previous experience operating as a Solutions Architect within a global organisation, ideally in a regulated environment such as Insurance, Legal, or Financial Services
2. Strong experience across network infrastructure technologies, including:
* Cisco
* FortiGate
* Forti ADC
* SD-WAN
* Palo Alto
3. Exposure to other modernisation initiatives, including Microsoft Azure, Windows 11, data centre migrations, AV refreshes, and security refresh programmes would also be considered
4. Responsibility for producing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation
5. Proven end-to-end design and deployment experience across both on-premise environments and Azure cloud platforms
6. A strong analytical and problem-solving approach, with the ability to design solutions aligned to business needs and stakeholder expectations
7. Experience leading Design Authority processes, covering solution design, governance, and assurance
