Account Director (12 Month FTC)
McCann Leeds is part of McCann, the UK’s largest integrated agency, and we’re looking for an Account Director to join our client services team on a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract. The role involves delivering fully integrated, creatively ambitious campaigns for major international brands, working closely with strategists and creatives to bring ideas to life across every channel from concept to execution.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the creation and delivery of integrated campaigns (including TVC) across all touchpoints
* Build strong, warm, trusted relationships with clients
* Shape smart, insight‑led briefs with planning and guide creative teams to outstanding execution
* Keep projects running seamlessly managing teams, timelines, budgets and momentum
* Spot opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client partnerships
* Champion McCann Leeds’ approach: strategically led, creatively fearless, integrated thinking

* Proven integrated marketing/advertising agency experience
* Confidence working with major brands and complex campaigns
