Job Title: Corporate Receptionist

Hourly rate: £12.60 per hour – pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 3pm
Job type: Part Time Permanent – based on 25 hours per week
We are recruiting for experienced Part Time Corporate Receptionist to work at a prestigious site in Edinburgh.
As the receptionist your duties will include:
1. Greet & welcome guests & client using the correct security procedures
2. Administer visitor passes and notify hosts immediately
3. Assist guest with their luggage
4. Ensure that all communications meet the clients standards
5. Answer phone calls in a professional and efficient manner using the company script and within 3 rings
6. Make taxi bookings following company procedure, notifying guest upon the taxi’s arrival
7. Manage the Reception ensuring that all emails are answered and replied to in a timely and efficient manner
8. Book meeting rooms
9. Understand and support guests with audio-visual equipment
10. Assist visitor with concierge services: travel, accommodation, airline tickets, entertainment, hospitality service, photocopying
11. Assist the clients staff and their visitors with secretarial duties
12. Maintain default standard of the reception and meeting rooms
