We’re seeking Project Engineers to join the MEP delivery team, including ELV-focused positions. Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you’ll support the coordination, supervision, and delivery of complex M&E, ELV, and IT infrastructure packages across a major new build project.
You’ll act as a key link between design, construction, and commissioning teams — ensuring works are delivered to the highest safety, quality, and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical supervision and coordination of M&E and ELV installations.

Oversee subcontractor works to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
*
Manage documentation, commissioning records, and redline drawings.
*
Support integration between ELV and IT systems, including structured cabling and network infrastructure.
*
Promote a positive health, safety, and quality culture across site teams.
*
Mentor apprentices and junior engineers where appropriate.

Essential Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience delivering ELV or M&E systems on large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
*
Understanding of structured cabling, comms networks, and IT system interfaces.
*
Strong site coordination and documentation skills.
*
Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards (CDM, BS7671, BS5839).
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a live construction environment.
Desirable
*
Experience under NEC contracts.
*
Familiarity with shutdowns, isolations, and generator management.
*
Previous mentoring or team development experience.
Qualifications
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installations (or equivalent)
*
City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
*
CSCS card (required) | SSSTS / First Aid (preferred)
