Job Description
Personal Assistant to support me in maintaining my home environment due to physical health conditions causing mobility limitations. Duties include meal preparation, assisting with parenting tasks that require stairs, ensuring home safety for myself and my daughters, carrying laundry and bed linen up and down stairs, bringing food shopping in due to front steps, and changing bed linen on three beds.
I may become easily overwhelmed, so motivation and task breakdown are needed.
The children have autism and ADHD; an understanding of neurodiversity is essential.
Occasional driving may be required; a clean full driving licence is essential.

* Full clean driving licence and willingness to drive my car.
* Some experience of children with autism and ADHD (desirable).
Summary Terms and Conditions
* Pay rate: £12.89 per hour.
* Hours: 5 hours per week, preferably over two days.
* Holiday entitlement: equivalent to 5.6 consecutive weeks.
* Access to free Care Skills training for employed workers.
Post requirements
* Satisfactory enhanced DBS check (cost covered by employer).
* Probation period of 6 months.
