Pay Rate: £ per hour
Hours: Full-time
Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off - two days followed by two nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
7. Responding to alarms in a timely and accurate manner
8. Handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
9. Logging incidents, documenting all relevant information, and completing reports to be shared with clients
10. Supporting clients with alarm testing, including fire alarm and system checks
11. Remaining calm and focused during real incidents, escalating appropriately and communicating updates clearly
12. Performing proactive monitoring and client-specific tasks such as camera checks and audio verifications
13. Managing access control systems through intercoms and password verification
14. Adhering to all operational procedures and contributing to team targets
15. Acting as the primary operator for key accounts including NBS, FUJI, RR, SAINS, and EE
What we are looking for:
16. Previous experience working in a switchboard or call centre environment
17. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
18. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle fast-paced environments
19. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when logging incidents and managing alarms
20. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
21. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
22. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
