Experience and Qualifications
* QTS with a Mathematics specialism.
* Strong understanding of mathematical pedagogy including fluency, reasoning and problem-solving techniques.
* Ability to plan structured, engaging lessons suitable for a range of abilities.
* Commitment to participating in the school’s ECT induction, coaching sessions and ongoing CPD.
* Willingness to support enrichment opportunities such as maths competitions, booster sessions or numeracy initiatives.
