What You'll Do:As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their production equipment operates at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment
* Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
* Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
* Collaborating with the production team to minimise downtime
* Implementing improvements to enhance equipment reliability
* Assisting in the installation of new equipment and upgrades
What We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* A relevant technical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
