An exciting opportunity has become available at Maria Mallaband Care Group for a People Business Partner to join the team at our Head Office.
We are currently recruiting for a an experienced, proactive, and forward-thinking HR professional who will be responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to our leadership teams on all People related matters while maintaining an appropriate balance between strategic and operational working.
This is a part time role for 20 Hours per week which can be split across 4-5 working days.
Key Tasks:
* To provide advice, support and guidance on all people related matters in line with company policies.
* To contribute towards the development of the Company's People Plan, driving its implementation across the Head Office function.
* To be an ambassador for driving cultural change, engagement and retention initiatives, and the Company's purpose, pillars and values
* To work in partnership with the ER Team to resolve all Employee Relations related activities whilst mitigating business risks.
* To identify internal and external trends, monitoring people metrics and best practice, to influence business decisions and drive continuous improvement
* To work with the wider HR teams on the development of local succession and talent plans, agreeing actions to support its implementation
