Due to continued success and growth, Envisage Dental are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Contract Administrator to join our People Team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This role is remotewith quarterly travel to Basingstoke/London/Birmingham for meetings.

This role is key to ensuring our clinics can welcome new colleagues seamlessly, by producing accurate contracts and onboarding documents quickly and efficiently. You will play a central role in creating a positive first impression for new starters, while also supporting existing colleagues with contractual changes.
Key responsibilities as a Contract Administrator:
* Draft and issue new starter contracts and offer letters for employed and self-employed colleagues.
* Prepare variation letters using information from Microsoft Forms.
* Maintain accurate records of contracts and amendments (currently via Excel).
* Process leaver information for reporting purposes.
* Manage the flow of documents via DocuSign and check for accuracy.
* Share completed packs with payroll and relevant managers.
* Respond to ad hoc contract-related queries from clinics and colleagues.
* Support the rollout of a new people system and continuous improvement of processes, when required
* Support continuous improvement of contract administration processes to enhance efficiency and new starter experience.
As we're a scaling business, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved in wider People Team projects and evolve the role as we grow.
About you:
We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of accuracy in creating a positive new starter experience. You will also bring:
* Experience of drafting and sending employment contracts and self-employed agreements.
* Strong administration skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of DocuSign
* Confidence to query information if it appears incorrect.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* A problem-solving, adaptable mindset.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and contractual requirements.
* CIPD qualification and/or experience in a multi-site environment (desirable, not essential).
