Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of jobs requested, completed and scheduled
- Provide general clerical support, including invoicing out completed jobs, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with managing schedules and coordinating requested repairs based on seriousness and emergency level
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Sage for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
