What You'll Do:
As a vital member of the Commercial Contracts team, you’ll play an essential role in:
* Providing expert commercial contract advice to internal stakeholders.
* Negotiating contracts with external parties to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Reviewing and managing multiple large tender opportunities while assessing risks.
* Coordinating and drafting comprehensive tender submissions that effectively communicate the business's position.
* Advising on contractual rights and obligations, and managing variations to contracts.
* Navigating public procurement legislation and providing guidance on contractual queries.
What You Bring:
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A degree or equivalent, with a preference for qualifications in commercial contracts law (e.g., IACCM, CIPS).
* Significant experience in contract law, particularly with high-value complex goods and services (5m+).
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to draft and negotiate contracts effectively.
* Knowledge of public procurement regulations and data protection matters.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
