The role
Class 1 Driver - Nights
Location: Stowmarket - IP14 2QU
Shifts: Monday to Friday starting from 5pm
Pay Rate: £20.56 per hour
We are looking for dedicated Class 1 Drivers to join our team at our Stowmarket site on a temp basis, for the right candidate.
Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.
What you'll do on a typical day:
Trunking paint products (non-ADR) to various depots, including Goole, Crick, Slough, Thatcham, and RochesterAdhering to road traffic lawsDaily vehicle checksSafely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standardsOperating a curtain sider trailerRequirements:
We'll need you to have a full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement)You'll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.A valid CPC and Digital Tacho cardExcellent knowledge of the UK road networkWhat we offer:
