A leading UK Facilities Management provider is currently seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to support three key sites—two based in Derby and one in Wakefield. This is a great opportunity to join a company known for its excellent staff retention, stability, and strong benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
* Work on a range of M&E systems including BMS, fire alarms, HVAC/air conditioning, generators, and LV electrical distribution/switchgear
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
* Manage and prioritise workload across multiple locations effectively
* Ensure all compliance and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* Proven experience in building services / facilities maintenance
* Full UK driving licence (essential due to mobile nature of the role)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently across multiple sites
