Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the OL11 area this coming January.
As an HLTA, you’ll support high-quality teaching and learning by assisting with lesson delivery, providing tailored support for individuals and small groups, and helping create a positive, inclusive environment for all pupils, including those with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide targeted support for pupils with SEN and additional needs.
* Lead small-group and one-to-one learning sessions.
* Support students’ emotional and social development.
* Contribute to classroom management and assessment.
* Collaborate with staff to promote progress and achievement.
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent) - ECTs welcome.
* Experience in a primary school setting.
* Good understanding of the primary curriculum and SEN support.
* Empathetic, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to pupil well-being and safeguarding.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
