This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with strong employee relations experience to join a fast-paced organisation where you will work closely with senior managers, supporting a wide range of HR and ER activities across the business. The successful Employee Relations Advisor will provide expert guidance on employment law, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence management, restructuring, and wider people management activities while supporting both strategic and operational HR initiatives.
