Supervising restaurant, bar, and event service during shifts Supporting management with daily F&B operations Leading and motivating front-of-house team members Ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams Managing guest feedback and resolving service challenges professionally Supporting rota planning, stock control, and operational organisation Assisting with opening and closing procedures Helping maintain a positive, engaged team culture What Do You Need? Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor, Team Leader, or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress Excellent communication and leadership skills Confidence managing busy services in a quality-led environment Strong organisational ability and attention to detail Passion for hospitality and team development WHAT DO WE OFFER?
