The Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Night Shift Production Manager will take full ownership of all production operations during the night shift. You will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring operational targets are achieved. You will be expected to hit the ground running and bring energy, structure, and insight into a key leadership role.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating the night shift production team to deliver against KPIs
*
Ensuring all safety, quality, and efficiency standards are upheld
*
Collaborating with other departments to maximise performance across the site
*
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
*
Supporting the long-term growth and development of the business
The Person
We are looking for a hands-on and driven leader with:

Proven experience managing teams in a food manufacturing environment
*
A deep understanding of production KPIs and how to influence them positively
*
Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
*
A passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
*
Food manufacturing experience is highly desirable, though strong candidates from similar industries will also be considered
