Salesforce Developer (with Finance Experience)
Liverpool | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on development role, covering system configuration, customisation, and integration of Salesforce with internal financial tools. You’ll be responsible for:
* Acting as the in-house Salesforce expert across multiple teams.
* Configuring and customising dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
* Supporting the integration of Salesforce with financial systems like Access Dimensions.
* Managing platform data, performance monitoring, user roles, and release cycles.
* Collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to improve business processes and data flows.
* Leading small projects and providing documentation and user training.
What You’ll Bring
✅ Strong Salesforce expertise (config, reporting, automation, flows).
✅ Solid development skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
✅ Salesforce Admin certification (additional certs a plus).
✅ Experience working with finance teams or finance systems (Access Dimensions or similar).
✅ Comfortable with data tools (e.g. Power BI, SOQL) and system integration techniques.
✅ A collaborative mindset and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
