Process Engineer (Electrical) High Wycombe | Permanent Role | Up to £55,000 DOE (Junior Engineers considered at circa £35,000 DOE) Are you an experienced Electrical Process Engineer looking to make a real impact in the water treatment sector? What You'll Be Doing Design: Read, Design and Draw various Schematics and Diagrams such as P&IDs, PFDs, Electrical Schematics, Wiring Diagrams and Instrument Loop Diagrams with strong focus on control system implementation System, Equipment and Instrumentation Optimisation: Ensure water treatment system and electrical instrumentation are running efficiently and cost effectively. Project Support: Collaborate across various departments to meet project requirements, as well as offering field support for pilot trials, installation and commissioning works Troubleshooting & Compliance: Ensure manufactured systems are safe and operational carrying out various testing and studies including FATs, HAZOP, SIL. What You'll Bring Proficiency in CAD for electrical, instrumentation, and piping diagrams. Strong knowledge of control panel design/implementation and instrumentation selection (sensors, analysers, valves, etc.). Understanding of health & safety and quality standards, with familiarity in risk assessment techniques. Desirable Extras Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience in water/wastewater treatment systems. Familiarity with project management software and procurement processes.
