Job Title: Strategic Director of Fraud and Identity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our fraud and identity market strategy team within the Business Services division.
This role will define and drive execution of our global fraud and identity strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing our business strategy, aligning growth and expansion initiatives with business objectives, and leading a team to ensure maximum revenue attainment and market share.
The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of fraud and identity regulations throughout EMEA, trends and analytic practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial Achievement: Accountable for revenue objectives by the EMEA region. Reviews and evaluates fraud and identity performance on a continuing basis and establishes the proper measures of performance.
* Strategic Leadership: Directs the development of short- and long-range operating objectives that integrate country-level plans into a cohesive regional strategy.
* Market and Regulatory Expertise: Stay at the forefront of evolving regional fraud and identity regulations, ensuring our solutions are ahead of the curve and always fully compliant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience with increasing strategy, product and P&L roles with a focus on fraud and identity and a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact.
* Expert knowledge of fraud and identity regulations throughout EMEA, trends and analytic practices.
* Proven experience delivering on revenue objectives in a B2B environment, developing and growing new and existing business relationships.
