What youll be getting stuck into as a Production Manager
Owning daily manufacturing performance across quality, delivery, cost, and safety
Leading and developing Team Leaders and production teams through clear priorities and accountability
Embedding compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and internal quality management systems
Driving continuous improvement using Lean tools, standard work, and structured problem-solving
Coordinating with planning, supply chain, engineering, NPI, and quality to protect output and flow
Ensuring equipment, tooling, documentation, and production records are audit-ready at all times
What youll bring to the table as a Production Manager
Previous leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing or engineering environment
Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, or equivalent compliance frameworks
Practical experience of Lean manufacturing, CI methodologies, and operational governance
Proven ability to manage production KPIs and translate data into action
Solid planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication capability
Working hours: 7am 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7am 2:30pm Fridays. Occasional evening shifts and weekend overtime cover may be required.
