Location:Guernsey, Channel Islands
Salary: up to£73,085, plus£1,605 annual bonus

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced senior Mental Health Nurses to lead the team on the 17 bedded Acute Inpatient Unit within the major health facility on the beautifulIsland of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.

The Role
The Unit is the only Acute Inpatient facility on the island offering admission to individuals aged 18 upwards experiencing functional mental disorder whose clinical presentation warrants a period of inpatient care.
The Unit aims to; provide care in the least restrictive environment, reduce patients vulnerability to crisis and maximise their resilience and minimise the length of hospital admission by facilitating early discharge with active involvement in discharge planning.
