This is a pivotal role in delivering our charitable objectives, blending hands-on coaching with team development.
You.
You will be an experienced coach who knows how to inspire others, have proven leadership skills, and are passionate about transforming lives through sport. You understand community needs, believe in fairness and accessibility, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
You will:
* Lead and mentor our team of coaches across our multiple programmes.
* Ensure high-quality delivery, inclusion and consistency.
* Build trusted relationships with community partners and schools.
* Help shape the future of our coaching practice and its impact.
