Responsibilities
* Work on exciting water projects that push boundaries and make a significant impact.
* Lead and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Partner with top water clients across the UK, shaping the future of the industry.
* Work across the project lifecycle in asset planning / strategy, concept design, outline design and detailed design.
* Work in a variety of project areas within the water sector, including clean water treatment and networks, wastewater treatment, wastewater networks, flooding, and urban drainage.
* Identify innovative and sustainable solutions, collaborate with the client, plan technical delivery, and lead the multidisciplinary team throughout the project.
* Work alongside the Project Manager to deliver best value and client service excellence.
Qualifications
* A degree-qualified (or equivalent) engineer.
* Ideally chartered or a member of a relevant engineering institution e.g. ICE.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Ability to drive through challenging solutions.
