Paediatric Clinical Lead Nottingham (Midlands)
Salary: £40,000 £45,000 per year (DOE) + Mileage (45p/mile)
Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm (Hybrid & Flexible)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are recruiting a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a leading UK complex-care provider, supporting children and families across Nottingham and nearby areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Childrens Nurse ready to progress into leadership. As the Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will oversee community complex-care packages, complete assessments, ensure governance standards are met, and train clinical teams in specialist paediatric procedures.

Key Responsibilities
As the Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:
1. Lead and manage paediatric complex-care packages, including assessments, risk management and clinical reviews
2. Conduct new client assessments and take part in MDT meetings
3. Complete clinical audits, incident reviews and support CQC compliance
4. Mentor and supervise nurses and support workers, including competency sign-offs
