Supply Planning Manager – Maternity Cover (12 month FTC)
At Costa Coffee, we’re on a mission to reimagine coffee experiences across the globe. From bustling cities to local communities, we’re creating meaningful coffee moments, powered by innovation and driven by purpose.
As a proud part of the Coca-Cola system and working hand in hand with our pioneering partners, we’re in over 50 countries and counting. Whether it’s served in-store, from a machine, at home, or on the go, every cup is thoughtfully crafted by our passionate teams who put heart into every moment.
Our teams truly make a difference. Whether it’s pioneering new tech for the perfect pour, launching award-winning campaigns, developing exciting new menu items, or supporting our people to grow – together, we stir up success.
As an EMENA Supply Planning Manager you will lead the EMENA supply planning team to deliver optimized, end-to-end inventory and logistics strategies that drive superior customer service, efficiency, and resilience. Own and evolve supply planning processes, partnering cross-functionally and externally to align supply with demand, mitigate risks, and support strategic business goals.
With inspiring experiences, development programmes, and our apprenticeship scheme, your career can grow far beyond the day-to-day.
What you’ll do
Being a Supply Planning Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be:
* Lead and develop the EMENA supply planning team to deliver effective short-, mid-, and long-term finished goods plans that align with financial forecasts and business priorities.
* Own the Supply Review within the S&OP cycle, ensuring supply plans are feasible, responsive, and integrated with commercial and financial objectives.
* Collaborate with Procurement, suppliers, and stakeholders to align on data, understand capacity constraints, and embed supply risks and contingency plans into long-term planning.
* Drive supplier performance and risk mitigation, proactively managing obsolescence, operational risks, and supply continuity across key categories.
* Champion people leadership and process excellence, coaching talent, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with global supply planning standards and systems like Anaplan.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
* Proven supply chain experience, ideally in planning roles with proven expertise in inventory management and policy development within fast-paced, multi-channel retail or FMCG environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and use planning/forecasting tools and ERP systems effectively.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Customer-focused mindset, demonstrating a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Proficient in Excel (intermediate level) and experienced in international and/or complex supply chain environments (desirable but not essential).
