Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for experience in low-level and high-level design of complex network solutions. We need proven experience in network design, ideally with enterprise or public sector clients. We need strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. HPE Aruba certification is ideal. Solid working knowledge of Aruba AOS-S Switches, Aruba AOS-8 WLAN, Aruba AOS-CX Switches, Aruba AOS-10 WLAN, Aruba Central, Aruba ClearPass and Aruba SD-WAN would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies is advantageous, including Traditional Cisco WAN, Traditional Cisco LAN, Cisco Wireless, Cisco SDA, Catalyst Centre and Cisco ISE. Responsibilities: We capture detailed customer technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions design. We manage and deliver the technical direction of the solutions design. We manage review and validation processes for both new and in-life products and services. We manage customer solutions design engagement, statement of work creation and third-party deliverables. We facilitate strong customer relationships at a senior level. We plan and implement customer migrations. We resolve complex solution and service issues, lead root cause analysis and escalation. We identify potential risks and implement controls and mitigations. We ensure delivery of thought leadership in complex bids and agree a strategic approach. We take high-level designs into low-level detail at post-sale stage, implement the solution, and carry out thorough testing before handover to support or managed service teams.
