Key Responsibilities: As Sales Administrator, your duties will include the below: Managing and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently Handle customer enquiries Maintain and update sales and customer service records Supporting with the processing of quotes for customers Assisting the sales team with administrative support Providing the best level of customer service Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role Proficiency in using Microsoft Suites Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Time management skills Ability to multitask Why join us?
