Fatsoma is recruiting a Manchester-based Account Manager to join our fun, dynamic, and hardworking company. The role involves working closely with Fatsoma’s client base to meet their day to day needs when using the platform, and working alongside our Business Development Team to retain new clients.

What you’ll be doing
* Assisting the Fatsoma client base with their day to day needs via email and live chat.
* Assisting the Business Development Team with account management tasks.
* Executing operational processes to support the day to day running of the platform.
* Helping event organisers understand platform features and resolve issues quickly and clearly.
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requests.
* Providing friendly, proactive and solution-focused support to our client base.

* You’re based in or around Manchester (the role is office-based, hybrid working may be available once training is complete).
* You are comfortable working with Google docs, especially Google Sheets.

* You want to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment.
The Finer Details
* Location: UK-based, Manchester office with hybrid option.
* Working hours: Mon - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
* Salary £24k to £27k p/a based on experience.
