As a Joiner, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling wooden structures, such as cabinets and furniture as well as using machinery within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hand and power tools, as well as the ability to read and interpret drawings. We are ideally looking for someone who has general workshop skills and who has previous experience working with a spindle moulder machine and sliding table saw. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and shape wood pieces according to specifications Assemble wooden components using screws, nails, or adhesives Install hardware, such as hinges and handles Sand and finish surfaces to ensure smoothness Repair or replace damaged wooden structures Use Spindle Moulder Machine & Sliding Table Saw to complete projects Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and painters, to complete projects Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Experience Proven experience as a Joiner or similar role Proficient in using hand tools and power tools Previous experience using Spindle Moulder & Sliding Table Saw Familiarity with woodworking techniques and materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints and techn...
