Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm, with flexible hours during operational times
Salary: £25,625.00 per annum plus excellent benefits
Within Serco's Environmental Services, we provide waste management, recycling, and street cleansing services for Norfolk residents and communities.
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly Customer Service Executive to join our team, committed to delivering top-quality customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to residents across Breckland, North Norfolk, and Kings Lynn
* Processing payments
* Raising worksheets
* Monitoring emails daily and completing administrative tasks as a team
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service and office environments
* Ability to follow established procedures independently and as part of a team
