GSL Education are offering an exciting opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and inclusive school in Brigg. This role covers EYFS to KS2, providing a varied and rewarding experience. About the Role: As an HLTA, you will support teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions. You will play a vital role in helping pupils achieve their full potential through tailored support and creative approaches. Key Responsibilities: Deliver planned learning activities across EYFS to KS2. Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups. Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with teaching staff to meet the diverse needs of pupils. Requirements: HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role. Experience working with children across EYFS to KS2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach to education. Right to work in the UK.
