A well-established manufacturing business is strengthening its engineering team in Stowmarket, and they're hiring a Maintenance Engineer to support production across a 24/7 operation.
This Maintenance Engineer position sits within a large site, and perfect for individuals who enjoy fault finding, improving equipment, and working on varied plant equipment as part of an everyday role
Key Responsibilities:
* Planned and reactive maintenance
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding
* Supporting engineering improvements and modifications
* Breakdown response across production equipment
* Working as part of a shift team
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Strong multi-skilled background with an electrical bias.
* Experience in FMCG / manufacturing environments.
* Knowledge of PUWER, Electricity at Work, COSHH, and related regulations. xsngvjr
