Senior CRM Executive (9-Month FTC)
Fully Remote in the UK
The Company
Join a fast-paced, data-driven marketing team and take ownership of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that engage millions of members across the UK. Reporting into the CRM Lead, you’ll play a key role in building, scheduling, and optimising automated customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation.
The Role
* Build and schedule lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app (Braze)
* Manage automated journeys such as onboarding, renewal, and win-back flows
* Maintain accurate, personalised campaign content and offers
* Work collaboratively with Product, Member Services, and Legal to ensure campaigns meet compliance and business goals
* Support campaign QA, reporting, and ongoing performance optimisation
Your Skills & Experience
* Experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing (ideally in digital/subscription environments)
* Hands‑on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation/CRM tools
