Holidays Operation Team Leader – Low Newton-by-the-Sea
This role focuses on high standards, care and attention to detail, leading the management of National Trust holiday cottages across Low Newton, Seahouses, Holy Island, Berwick upon Tweed, and Cragside, Rothbury.
Working pattern: The role requires some Saturday work. Ideally you will work 2×5‑hour days or 3×4‑hour days, plus the remaining hours on another day – there is flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure operations comply with health & safety, risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting and fire safety.
* Coordinate maintenance work and repairs to keep cottages in top condition.
* Ensure guest materials are up to date and in good order.
* Collaborate with the Holidays Manager and Assistant Managers to deliver a service that is efficient, effective and flexible.
* Maintain cover for changeovers and meet the high standards set in the Holidays changeover guide.
* Assist with cottage changeovers and Saturday cover when needed.
