The purpose of the role is to manage and drive the Change Management procedure for the Joint Project Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a major defence infrastructure project in the West of Scotland. Essential Skills & Experience * Demonstrable experience in operational Change Management. * Experience of project, programme, or portfolio controls. * Excellent communication skills; verbal and written. * Ability to prioritise workload, being flexible and adaptable. * Proactive and able to use own initiative to solve problems and see opportunities for continuous improvement. * Ability to learn new skills and processes easily. Location The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.
