Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task. Support the learning and development of students across various subjects. Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a high standard of education and care. What We're Looking For Strong communication and classroom management skills. Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential). Confidence and enthusiasm for supporting secondary-aged students. A genuine interest in education and personal development. Flexibility and reliability to cover short or long-term placements.
