Key Responsibilities: Classroom Supervision: Effectively manage classrooms in the absence teachers, ensuring a focused and purposeful learning environment. Lesson Delivery: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to students, maintaining the continuity of learning and following school policies. Behaviour Management: Consistently implement the school's behaviour management policies to promote an atmosphere conducive to learning. Personalised Support: Offer support to individual students or small groups as needed, ensuring that they can access learning effectively.. Communication: Maintain clear communication with colleagues regarding student progress, behaviour, and any issues that may arise during the day. Administration: Complete necessary administrative tasks, such as registering attendance, and reporting any incidents or concerns to the relevant colleagues. Qualifications and Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Previous experience working in an educational setting is highly desirable.
