What To Expect:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our website technology stack, enhance user experience, and drive traffic to our eCommerce platforms while collaborating with top-notch agencies.
Join us in delivering exceptional digital experiences that delight our customers and propel our brand forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and transform the development roadmap for the website technology stack, leveraging eCommerce best practices and an innovative analytical approach to maximize positive impact.
Work closely with our website technical development operations agency to ensure high reliability and build robust website improvements and integrations.
Partner with our UX/CRO agency to deliver a comprehensive test, learn, and scale plan focused on enhancing User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Drive traffic to our websites through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), collaborating with our SEO agency to identify and rectify gaps in our online presence.
Further improve consumer-delighting website apps (Subscribe & Save, Loyalty Program, etc.).
Train, coach and support website back-end key users so the wider team is empowered to help keep our websites up to date.
