Our client is a very well-respected supplier of flooring materials into the trade sector. They are recruiting a Branch Manager to oversee the operations of a brand new site within the Wakefield area. The company has impressive expansion plans and their new branches tend to do well from the start. The company has really strong buying power which certainly helps.
Please be aware, to avoid disappointment, you must have some supervisory experience and also previous experience of flooring too. There is a focused sales element to the role as well.

With one of the largest stock ranges of flooring materials and floor supplies on the market, our client is a fantastic brand within the market, extremely well thought of by their customers and colleagues alike. As already mentioned, the business is undergoing considerable expansion to their branch network and the Wakefield site is due to open in May, but ideally, they want someone to start as soon as possible to enable them to hit the ground running when the branch opens. We are partnering with the client to oversee the recruitment process for all these new branch openings.

You would initially be leading a small team of 3 people, and this will grow as the business grows.
This role requires a special someone - a robust Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager from the construction supply world who has knowledge of flooring products and ancillaries.
