Client
A full service, top 50 UK, forward thinking law firm
Role
* Acting on routine residential property transactions
* Acting for a range of clients including HNW individuals and limited companies on the purchase/financing of freehold/leasehold properties of varying complexity and value
* Playing an active role in business development
You
* 2+ years PQE with experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, ideally including HNW
* An aptitude for business development
* IT competency including Microsoft Office, time recording and case management software, digital dictation
