Responsibilities
* Managing day to day operations of your area
* Technical support to a team of gas and plumbing engineers
* Producing Quotes
* Overseeing reactive repairs to all types of commercial plant
* Overseeing Service and repair of motors and pumps.
* Overseeing Service and repair to HVAC control panels.
* Overseeing plumbing works.
* The above list is not exhaustive but is indicative of the main items of plant and equipment to be maintained

Qualifications
* Experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer/Supervisor
* Experience managing small teams
* A knowledge of health and safety will be an advantage.
