Our client is a high growth online fashion brand expanding their in-house team and currently looking for a Paid Media Executive to join their marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media who’s ready to own and scale high-performance campaigns. You’ll be involved in strategy, execution, and optimisation across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and email marketing, with exposure to broader marketing initiatives and real impact on brand growth.
The successful candidates will be experienced in Managing their Meta accounts for the brand. You will also oversee their Google account, running PPC/Search/Display and Performance Max campaigns, and regular updates and management of paid TikTok advertising campaigns, and in the fullness of time, their email marketing channels.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Monitor and upload ads to our Meta platform
· Manage budgets, keywords, campaigns and assets in our Google account and take ownership of their Google Search Console and Merchant Centre
· Manage and execute their TikTok advertising campaign strategy
· Regularly update keywords, feed titles and product information to ensure seamless Google Shopping and channel sale management
· Collaborate with the e-Commerce team for onsite optimizations such as product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements.
· Reporting on e-Commerce trade performance including KPIs, providing data-driven insight, and conducting deep dives were needed to better understand shopping behaviours and trends.
· To be creative in asset management and creation where required.
Requirements
· Proven working experience in paid social, paid media or channel management roles with a fashion brand or agency side
· Experience running campaigns spending more than £10k a month
· Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform – Shopify Plus would be desirable, but not a necessity.
· Knowledgeable of analytical tools for performance measurement, determine improvements and innovations.
· An understanding of e-Commerce UX, content and development projects, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment.
· Excellent communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders
