The Role:
We are looking for skilled and reliable individuals who can demonstrate:
* Proficiency inMIG and TIG weldingto a high standard
* Ideally experienced infabricationand interpretingengineering drawings
* Competence weldingstainless steelfrom 1mm to 20mm
* Ability to work withmild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude
* Strong timekeeping and reliability
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm
* Friday: 8:00am 2:00pm
* 40 hours per week
Salary & Bonus Breakdown:
* Basic rate:£16.87 per hour
* Weekly production bonus:Up to £1.25 per hour
* Total OTE:Up to£18.12 per hour
