Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our branch. The business is part of a group with an existing branch in another location and a third on the way. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and customer service. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth with free reins of ideas and enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency. Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM software is essential to effectively manage client relationships and streamline processes.
Duties
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve branch goals.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
* Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
* Analyse branch performance metrics and prepare reports for MD.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain an organised work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a managerial or sales executive roles.
* Strong understanding of growing new and existing accounts.
* Out bound telephone sales experience
* Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
