Recruitment Profile
We are looking for someone to join the administration team in a vibrant and busy primary school in the town, and become part of the admin team at the heart of the operation of the school.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist the Primary School Administrator in providing efficient and effective clerical support to staff and pupils.
* Share responsibility for producing a wide range of documents using word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheets, and databases. Ensure a high level of accuracy while updating and maintaining school records.
* Share responsibility for office duties including reception, ordering, and paying for goods and services.
* Assist with cash handling, banking, and record keeping.
* Support the organization of meetings and school events.
* Liaise with pupils, staff, parents, other schools, and social work agencies.
* Maintain a high level of service while undertaking general office duties such as photocopying, filing, or faxing.
* Undertake training and personal development, including First Aid training as required.
* Perform any other duties as required by senior staff.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English.
