Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator, based in Erith, DA8, on a permanent basis. The Contract Administrator is the administration lead for their designated contracts. They will be expected to have a full understanding of all aspects of the contract, from KPI requirements to scheduling works for Engineers. You will also provide a second point of contact to support our Customer Service Representatives within our Customer Services Centre as well as liaising with them for all contract requirements and what is expected of them specifically regarding their contracts. Hours - 40 per week Pay - up to £29,000pa 1. To take a lead role in effectively organising the schedule for engineers (with advice from supervisors/managers) and ensure that all compliancy is maintained throughout the assigned contract 2. To be the single point of contact for anything administration related within your assigned contracts 3. To provide the second point of contact support for all queries from customers, clients and residents via the Customer Service Representatives 4.
