Our team is rapidly growing, and our mission is to support our customers who are embedding SaaS inclusion and culture audits to their organisations across the world. We empower our customers to deliver impactful inclusion and culture change focused programmes, and we are looking for an experienced and customer facing (business to business) Account and Partnership Manager to join the team.
As Account and Partnership Manager, you will have dual responsibilities. You will be the conduit between the Metimur Global sales team, the customer and the operational and product teams to oversee the customer experience from onboarding, support and query handling. In addition you will be responsible for engagement with a range of regulatory, governance and trade organisations to ensure our audit is recognised within their procurement and quality processes for both individual organisations and their supply chains.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Onboarding new clients, to be a Metimur Global Customer, and walk them through how to use the system, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the process.
* Day to day customer contact, both proactively and reactively throughout the duration of the contract, for routine check ins and inbound query handling and support.
* Working with resellers to embed contractual relationships, demonstrate the offering and managing referrals from resellers.
* Signposting customers to our approved list of suppliers to deliver recommended outputs of the audit.
* Contact, meeting and negotiation with regulatory, governance and trade organisations to outline the advantage of recognising the tool as a quality standard for how they do business across their members and supply chains.
Skills and Experience required:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a service B2B environment
* Customer focussed, able to build rapport and trust quickly
* Experienced in providing the highest quality customer service
* Fantastic communication skills, capable of explaining complex information in a clear, concise way to a range of audiences
* Problem solving attitude, able to manage challenging situations through to solution

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Benefits: 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
Status: Remote with some UK travel
